Why can't I find classes to learn to speak Mexican ?

I am trying to learn to speak Mexican but I can’t find any books or classes on the language.

I want to learn how to speak Mexican but?

my school doesnt offer that language…are there any universities in illinois that offer the mexican language spoken by mexicans?

What is the difference between puerto rican spanish and mexican spanish?

Because I have mexican friends and puerto rican friends. But in school I learn how to speak mexican spanish. Please respond! I not trying to offend anyone!
