What is the best ipod app to learn Spanish with?

I’m looking for an app that is a course, and not just vocabulary flashcards or games. I’m full Mexican, and I don’t know Spanish, so I want to learn. I don’t care if it costs money. Thanks.

is there still people who are 11 or 21 or 23 that are 4th or 5th generation mexican-american that still speak spanish? even though the percentage is probably small do they still exist?
