How do you say "Hello, How are you doing today?" in a flirty way in Mexican Spanish?

I speak quite a bit of Spanish, but mostly Puerto Rican Spanish, and do not know a lot about Mexican culture, or differences in the various words.
I am not looking for something simple like "Hola. Como estas hoy?".
