Anyone know that mexican cumbia-like song where a guy sings it in an indian language, usually played in clubs?

Before the song begins a guy is talking in spanish and tells everybody to get ready to dance then you can hear the fast beat of the native drums start. Then he starts to sing really fast in a native-american language.
