I wrote to the Mexican embassy via the ‘net and got no reply. Does anybody know the answer to this question?

I am planning to sail in Mexican waters, and when we sail we carry firearms for protection against piracy. How can I get permission to enter Mexican ports with firearms on the boat. I don’t want to be in a Mexican jail, and we demand the right to security and self defense while sailing.
